My name is Nellie Deutsch . I am a Canadian English teacher to speakers of English as a foreign language in Israel and mentor educators on how to engage learners for quality learning with the use of the Internet. I am currently pursuing a doctorate in educational leadership, specializing in curriculum and instruction at the University of Phoenix online (scheduled to finish in 2009). I am researching phenomenology and how instructors experience blended learning in higher education.
